Some of us love the way our gray hair gives us that sense of wisdom. While some if us hate that gray hair makes us look old. Then there are those of us who just embrace nature it is what it is! However you deal with the beast or the beauty of gray hair , once it comes it's here to stay! So How do I keep my gray looking beautiful at the same time healthy? This question has been asked for centuries.

If you choose to enhance your gray and make it brighter and whiter naturally : mix up a little baking soda with apple cider vinegar. massage it through you're already shampooshampooed hair leave it for 10 to 15 minutes then rinse and condition . Doing this once a week can really brighten your gray hair . It is almost like giving your hair a cleanse . Often times are gray hair has a yellowish tint to it , this can come from long term use of medications as well as chemicals in our water and environment .Your hair is an extension of your body so what ever you do to stay healthy enternally is going to show externally.

Water is key to maintaining healthy hair, skin, nails, and overall body health. Drinking water throughout the day is an excellent way to keep your hair hydrated from the inside out. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Will you be using these tips to maintain beautiful gray hair? And you can look like a beautiful snow queen!

Busy working today , I will embrace the gray!
